Open Access Kits are designed to teach fundamental techniques for making with spun cotton. Unlike the Private Workship Kits, they are built around freely available instruction.
The full, in-depth video tutorials are publicly hosted on YouTube and always accessible. They’re meant to lower the barrier to learning spun cotton and invite you to practice at your own pace. Each free video tutorial walks through the complete process, from shaping a simple wire armature to painting and finishing your final piece.
You’re welcome to source your own materials, or you can optionally pair the tutorials with one of my Open Access supplies kits available for purchase. These kits simply gather the same forms, ribbons, and embellishments I use in my own studio.
